At Bittersweet Homeware we take customer service very seriously, your satisfaction is our top priority.
Communication
Our primary way of communication is in writing via email – info@bittersweethomeware.com Please make sure your order has the correct email address. When emailing us please put your order number in the subject, this helps speed up the process.
Out of Stock
Although we try our very best to only sell items that are in stock, sometimes it is unavoidable, and an item can be out of stock. In this case we will firstly offer another similar item or if the item is due back in stock soon you will be notified if this is not accepted, we will issue a refund. Payment refunds can take up to 10 working days.

Q: How secure is ordering on Bittersweet Homeware?
Very. We use the Shopify platform to run our website and payments. Shopify has over 1 million users worldwide and has an excellent safety rating.
Q: Can I make changes to my order.
Of course! The sooner, the better, if your order has already left there may be a delivery charge. Please email us as soon as possible.
Q: Where is my order?
As soon as it leaves the warehouse, you will receive a notification email with the tracking number. It can take 2 – 5 days to be processed during busy periods.
Q: Do you price match?
We try our hardest to be very competitive with our pricing. But if you find an item cheaper elsewhere, please send us a link, and we will try our best to match it.
Q: What if my item is not available due to limited stock?
This very rarely happens as the stock on our website is updated every hour, but on occasion it does. We will notify you straight away with suggestions of something similar or when the item will be back in stock.
Q: What is my order doesn’t fit?
Any returns must be notified by in writing by email within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Please email us at info@bittersweethomeware.com with your order number. When you order your items, it is important that you check it will fit into your home. Please check all doors, stairways and the chosen space as carefully as possible.
Q: Can I collect my order?
Unfortunately, not as we use a third-party company to send our orders, collection is not available.
Q: Do you have a showroom.
We don’t, we only sell through our website.
Do you deliver overseas?
We do not deliver overseas, if you really want one of our items, most overseas customers find a UK shipper that delivers to their country regularly. Overseas customer have found this the most cost-effective way. We can deliver to a UK shipper free of charge.
