Refunds and Returns
Cancellation Pre-Delivery
If for whatever reason, you can cancel your order at any time as long as it hasn’t been despatched with no charges. All you need to do is email us at info@bittersweethomeware.com with your order number. Once we receive your email, you will receive a confirmation email from us and a full refund to the original payment method used to pay for the order. Refunds can take up to 10 working days. Refunds may not show in your account straight away due to clearing time required by banks to process refunds. Please contact your card issuer or bank directly with any queries.
Cancellations After Despatch
Contact us straight away and refuse the delivery from the driver. Once the item is back in our warehouse and been checked by a member of staff, we will issue a refund minus the any return costs the carriers charge us, this will vary depending on your location. Once the item has been checked, a refund to the original payment method used to pay for the order. Refunds can take up to 10 working days. Refunds may not show in your account straight away due to clearing time required by banks to process refunds. Please contact your card issuer or bank directly with any queries.
Returns
Any returns must be notified by in writing by email within 24 hours of receipt of goods. Please email us at info@bittersweethomeware.com with your order number and reason for cancellation. Returns are not accepted after this time. Returns only accepted in the original packing. We will not be able to refund you if there are any signs of further damage or misuse. We will arrange collection with in 5 working days. Once the item is back in our warehouse and been checked by a member of staff we will issue a refund, please note this can take a further 5 working days during busy periods. Once the item has been checked, a full refund to the original payment method used to pay for the order. Refunds can take up to 10 working days. Refunds may not show in your account straight away due to clearing time required by banks to process refunds. Please contact your card issuer or bank directly with any queries.
Please note, we do not accept returns due to damage caused by the customer over tightening the handles and cracking the glass.
Damage
We use tried and tested carriers. Please try to check your item while the driver is still with you and write any damage on the delivery note. Any damage must be reported to us within 24 hours with photos by email. Please email us at info@bittersweethomeware.com with your order number. Returns are not accepted after this time. Returns only accepted in the original packing. We will arrange collection with in 5 working days.
